Pet Policy: To maintain cleanliness and safety, with the exception of service animals, we do not allow other pets inside the premises.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service. This includes but is not limited to behaviors that violate store policies or cause significant disruption to other guests.

Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your appointment. Arriving 20 minutes or less late, we will attempt to accommodate your treatment, but the duration will be shortened accordingly, and refunds will not be issued. Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in appointment cancellation without refund.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, a 20% fee based on the original service price will be charged.

Refund Policy: All purchased services are non-refundable. In the case of allergic reactions, alternative treatments may be offered.

Gratuity Policy: Gratuity for medical procedures performed by nurses is optional. For aesthetic treatments performed by estheticians, the gratuity amount is at the discretion of the client based on the quality of service provided. Your gratuity directly reflects your satisfaction with their service and encourages them to continue providing excellent service.

Statement on Treatment Results: While we strive to provide each guest with the highest quality service experience, we must clarify that despite our best efforts to provide professional care and treatment, we cannot guarantee results for every guest. Responses to treatments vary due to individual differences, physical conditions, and recovery times. Therefore, results may vary for all treatments. Our goal is to provide the best possible results through professional techniques and personalized service, but we cannot make absolute promises regarding outcomes. We recommend detailed consultation with our professional team before undergoing treatment to understand the treatment process, expected results, and potential risks and uncertainties.
